The winner of each category will have their essay published in the Journal of Vascular Societies Great Britain and Ireland.

This is an opportunity for aspiring vascular surgeons to showcase their research skills and explore current issues affecting the specialty. The competition is open to medical students and pre-registrar resident doctors.

Top-scoring candidates will also receive free entry to our Introduction to Vascular Surgery course held at the Vascular Society’s Annual Scientific Meeting.
