The course consists of short talks about a career in Vascular Surgery and a chance to see and practise some hands-on Vascular surgical skills with current trainees using jigs and simulators. The delegates will gain knowledge and skills in open surgical techniques including arterial patch repair and arteriotomy, as well as basics in endovascular surgery.

Numbers for this workshop are limited and pre-registration is required. The workshop is aimed at
Medical Students, Foundation Doctors and Core Trainees who are interested in exploring Vascular Surgery as a potential career.
