Run by ASiT and aimed at FY1 and FY2 trainees, Core trainees (CST) and ST1-2 trainees.
This one-day course is the first of its kind focused on junior doctors at all levels irrespective of their specialty of interest. The course will teach a variety of skills and fundamental knowledge required by junior doctors using a mixture of interactive case based discussions, lectures and practical skills on animal tissue models using real PTFE grafts. At the end of the course, you will be comfortable in the assessment of patients with vascular emergencies, the interpretation of vascular investigations and the application of basic vascular practical skills required at your level.
Please note this course is not a standalone course, and in order to be eligible to attend, you must register for the ASiT 2020 Conference.
